Early Start / ABA Therapist

Child Development Specialist - ABA Therapist

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Job type: Full-time or part-time

Focus: Children birth to 10 years old

Provide in-home, clinic, and community-based direct therapy services for young children while supporting development, communication, learning, and family-centered goals.

What you will do

  • Implement Early Start and ABA programs designed by supervisors and directors.
  • Work closely with parents, caregivers, and the clinical team.
  • Collect data, complete treatment notes, and communicate progress clearly.
  • Travel to homes, clinic, and community settings with compensated travel.
  • Receive support, training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Coursework in child development, early childhood education, psychology, special education, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, or relevant coursework.
  • Current California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
  • CPR/First Aid including Infant CPR, TB test, and DOJ fingerprint clearance required; Life Applied covers required certification/testing/clearance costs when needed.

Clinical Supervisor / BCBA

Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Job type: Full-time

Focus: ABA and Early Intervention programs

Lead high-quality ABA programming through supervision, assessment, treatment planning, parent training, data analysis, and collaborative support for young children and their families.

What you will do

  • Supervise Program Supervisors, RBTs, BCaBAs, and direct service therapists.
  • Oversee assigned programs and ensure ethical, high-fidelity ABA implementation.
  • Conduct overlaps, provide feedback, and support parent training.
  • Assist with assessments, reports, behavior support plans, and learner objectives.
  • Participate in a collaborative clinical culture with manageable caseloads and in-house training.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA credential required.
  • Experience with ABA program development, supervision, assessment, and treatment planning.
  • Ability to commute to Salinas, CA 93901.
  • Ability to relocate before starting work if not local.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% preferred.
